TENANT RELATIONS OFFICER
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

• Records, maintains and updates tenant's account
• Monitors and inspects tenants of the mall
• Inspects merchandise mix of tenants and other matters related to business permits
• Ensures the implementation of house rules and regulations
• Prepares documents such as letters, circulars, memorandum and summary reports of late opening/early closing worked service billed by Accounting/Administration schedule
• Performs other management mandated functions

Requirements:

• Must be 23-28 years old
• Must be graduate of any management or any business course
• Must have at least one year of experience on the same or related field
• Must have above average oral and written communication skills
• Must be computer literate
