Milrose Realty Development Corporation (MRDC) is engaged in real estate property development and was established in 1989 by the Ocampo family.

MRDC is a one hundred percent Filipino owned corporation with other businesses in the field of banking, and financial services; food chains; travels and tours, farming; resort and printing. Its involvement in the business industry is not limited to local endeavors but also in international field as well.

The principal thrust in the development include projects for farm lots, residential houses, affordable lot packages and commercial properties ascribable to the company’s dynamic management. It embarked into non-traditional ways of development wherein its investment focused into new projects that manifest the lifestyle and love of environment which communes with mother earth.

In 2008, it launched a project called the Hacienda San Benito – Coffee Plantation in Lipa City, Batangas. The very FIRST developer to venture into a Wellness Estate in the Philippines. Now under planning and development is the Hacienda San Benito – Vineyards in Tanay, Rizal; and the new Hot Spring Hotel Resort in Pansol, Laguna.

Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Prepares Financial Statements (Income Statement and Balance Sheet)
• Experience in all aspects of general accounting and budget preparation.
• Should be keen on details and can work under pressure.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Financial Accounting & Reporting or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position available.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
